SeaDream I is scheduled to sail from Hamburg Saturday evening after completing a 20-day drydock at Lloyd Werft in Bremerhaven.

The work included laying new carpeting in all public areas, suites and staterooms, adding fresh wall coverings in the accommodations and sanding and revarnishing the woodwork.

Chairs in the outside dining area received new cushions, and the Balinese beds on Deck 6 and the seating areas around the Top of the Yacht Bar were reupholstered.

A new Jacuzzi was installed, and the golf simulator was upgraded.

Technical projects included changing out air conditioning units, steel and pipe work and upgrades to galley equipment. The hull was pressure-washed and repainted and the tenders were upgraded.

An 11-night cruise to Bergen opens SeaDream I’s summer season in the Baltic, Northern Europe and Mediterranean.
