Australian small ship specialist Cruise Traveller partnered with AmaWaterways to package river cruises.

AmaWaterways operates 31 custom-designed vessels on Europe’s major rivers and on Asia’s Mekong River, Africa’s Chobe River, the Nile in Egypt and, from next year, Colombia’s Magdalena.

Launching the new wholesale partnership, Cruise Traveller released a 10-night ‘Seine Serenity — Paris and Normandy’ cruise and stay package commencing August 18, 2025.

It costs from A$6,137 per person twin-share in a river-view stateroom, a saving of A$3,196 per couple.

Free three-night Paris stay

Included is a free three-night stay in Paris with skip-the-queue tours of the Louvre and Palace of Versailles.

Bookings for these benefits must be made by December 30.

Flights from Australia are additional.

‘At Cruise Traveller we love to share with Australians beautiful journeys aboard smaller vessels and the superior experiences offered on spectacular rivers around the world by AmaWaterways are exactly what we specialise in,’ MD Joe O’Sullivan said.

‘We look forward to bringing to the Australian market a constant stream of packages and product with AmaWaterways that showcase amazing places and offer amazing value,’ O’Sullivan said.
