APT Travel Group’s Travelmarvel released a preview of its 2026 Europe river cruises, with details of Travelmarvel Rigel, coming on line that year.

Travelmarvel Rigel is named after the brightest star in the Orion constellation and is a sister ship to Capella, Vega and Polaris.

Proud moment

‘The launch of Rigel is a proud moment for Travelmarvel as we continue to elevate the standards in premium European cruising,’ CEO David Cox said.

‘This new ship embodies our commitment to providing remarkable value and quality, delivering experiences that Travelmarvel is known for.’

Travelmarvel Rigel will make a maiden eight-day Rhine and Moselle voyage between Amsterdam and Basel.

400-year-old winery

Tastings at the 400-year-old Schlagkamp Wine Museum on a steep hillside on the bank of the Moselle are a feature of this new itinerary.

The popular 15-day voyage between Amsterdam and Budapest remains a highlight of the 2026 programme.

Also featured are Douro River cruises by the purpose-built Estrela and Croatia coastal cruising.

Early-bird discount

Travelmarvel is offering a special early-bird discount.

Passengers travel on 2026 journeys at 2025 prices for bookings made by December 13.
