The relationship is the first time the cruise operator has offered Aegean Odyssey passengers preferential rates through a third party insurance company.

Jos Dewing, managing director, Voyages to Antiquity, said, 'whilst our holidays are designed to capture the imagination of travellers, we know sourcing the right insurance cover can introduce a frustrating dimension to the booking process for some holidaymakers.

'By linking up with International Travel and Healthcare Limited we’re confident that its wide range of specialist policies will meet the needs of our customers, making it even easier for travellers of all ages to benefit from comprehensive cover – regardless of any pre-existing medical conditions,' Dewing added.
