All aboard with Cruise Baltic

Members attending the meeting were treated to a shorex in both Helsinki and Tallinn and also had the chance for knowledge sharing with some of the Costa Cruises’ senior operational team. The partners enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of Costa Luminosa; and also met with
the ship Captain, hotel director, cruise director and chief engineer, who answered questions posed by the delegates.

Additionally, presentations were made by Marie McKenzie, vp global destinations services and sourcing, Carnival Corporation; and Giancarlo Tedesco, head of sales Scandinavia, Costa Crociere.
