AQV, American Cruise Lines have savings on US vacations

American Queen Voyages is offering a free upgrade and $200 onboard credit while American Cruise Lines rolled out free domestic airfare and savings for certain August and September departures.

American Queen Voyages' 'Great Ameri-Cation Sale' applies to select 2023 cruises. River, lakes and expedition voyages are eligible, including cruises with themes such as culinary, music, wine, bourbon, the president's cruise and holiday markets. Bookings must be made by Aug. 31.

Fares include a one-night pre-cruise hotel stay, guided tours, open bar, Starlink/5G Wi-Fi, gratuities and port taxes and fees.

American Cruise Lines' Upper Mississippi

At American Cruise Lines, whose 2023 Upper Mississippi season has just opened, travelers can get free domestic airfare for August and September departures of eight-day Upper Mississippi voyages that operate between St. Louis, Missouri, and St. Paul, Minnesota. Select dates also offer up to $1,200 off per stateroom.

All sailings include a pre-cruise hotel stay, select tours, wine and beer with lunch and dinner and an evening cocktail hour, Starlink Wi-Fi, gratuities and port charges and fees.

Some of the trips are aboard two of American Cruise Lines' newest 100% private balcony riverboats, American Symphony and American Serenade.
