Carnival adds a fourth Galveston ship offering longer cruises
Carnival Cruise Line is expanding its Galveston offerings by bringing a fourth ship to the port for longer sailings.
March 2, 2023
Carnival Miracle will operate nine-, 10-, 11- and 12-day sailings beginning in fall 2024 through spring 2025.
These longer cruises give a wider variety of ports and more time at sea, Carnival President Christine Duffy said. 'Galveston is one of our top homeports, and with the arrival of Carnival Jubilee and the new Carnival Miracle itineraries, it will only grow in popularity with our guests,' she added.
Repositioning from San Francisco
Carnival Miracle will reposition from San Francisco to Galveston on Oct. 1, 2024, via a 'Carnival Journeys' voyage that visits Cabo San Lucas, Puntarenas (Costa Rica) and Cartagena, plus a Panama Canal transit.
Once in Galveston, Carnival Miracle will offer 19 cruises beginning on Oct. 16, 2024. The first sailing, nine days to the western Caribbean, visits Montego Bay, Grand Cayman, Mahogany Bay (Roatán), Belize City and Cozumel.
