Celebrity Cruises unveiled details of Celebrity Edge’s repositioning ‘Grand Journey’ from Civitavecchia (Rome) to Sydney on October 30, 2023.

The 52-night voyage will visit 11 countries and span more than 10,000 nautical miles for the ship's Southern Hemisphere debut.

Destinations include Sicily, Piraeus, Jordan, Abu Dhabi, Mumbai, Colombo, Phuket, Bali, Darwin and Cairns.

Four itineraries

Four itineraries are on offer: A 14-night sailing through the Suez Canal from Rome to Dubai; a 12-night Dubai to Singapore sailing calling at India, Sri Lanka and Thailand;  a 14-night sailing from Singapore to Sydney and a 12-night round cruise of New Zealand from Sydney, exploring Milford, Dusky and Doubtful sounds.
