Celebrity going year-round in Europe, Asia, sending first Edge ship to Alaska
Celebrity Cruises is going year-round in Europe and Asia, will send its first Edge-class ship to Alaska and sail from four Caribbean homeports in 2024-25.

With Celebrity Ascent joining in December 2023, that makes for a 16-ship fleet and Celebrity's widest deployment ever: nearly 500 sailings to more than 250 destinations in 70 countries.
Europe year-round
The full-calendar Europe deployment includes more than 40 different itineraries and overnights in 11 cities, from Lisbon to Istanbul and Reykjavik. New ports include Pauillac (Bordeaux), France; Brindisi and Trieste, Italy; and Kavala and Volos, Greece.
With seven ships, including three Edge-class vessels — Celebrity Ascent, Celebrity Beyond and Celebrity Apex — the line will have 153 sailings visiting nearly 100 destinations.
Celebrity Ascent
Celebrity Ascent will embark on its inaugural European season with itineraries to destinations throughout Spain, Italy, France and Greece.
As earlier reported, for the first time an Edge-class ship will sail a full season from the UK with Celebrity Apex in Southampton offering cruises that include more Norwegian Fjords sailings than ever before, including a new, 12-night Norwegian Fjords and Arctic Circle itinerary.
Celebrity Beyond will embark on 10- and 11-night itineraries to Greece, Istanbul, Naples and other destinations.
Additional options include sailings throughout Scandinavia, along with special cruises to Egypt and Israel.
Year-round Asia with long Japan season
Celebrity's Asia program includes an entire summer of Japan-immersive sailings from Yokohama (Tokyo) from April to October 2024 on Celebrity Millennium. It will offer 12-night itineraries, including Kyoto, with each cruise overnighting in Osaka. Special sailings are planned around summer festivals including Golden Week in May.
Following its Japan season, Celebrity Millennium will join Celebrity Solstice in Southeast Asia on 11- to 14 night cruises visiting 32 destinations across Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India and beyond from September 2024 to April 2025.
Celebrity Edge in Alaska
Sailing round-trip from Seattle, Celebrity Edge will become the first in the series to serve Alaska. Weeklong itineraries include Endicott Arm Fjord and Dawes Glacier, with stops at Victoria, BC and Ketchikan.
Joined by Celebrity Summit and Celebrity Solstice, together they will offer 57 sailings and an array of six- to eight-night itineraries from May to September 2024.
From Miami, Port Everglades, Tampa, San Juan
Celebrity will introduce new three-night Caribbean itineraries, complemented by sailings up to 12 nights from four homeports: PortMiami, Port Everglades, Tampa and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
For the 2024-25 season, eight ships, including the Edge-class Celebrity Ascent, Celebrity Beyond and Celebrity Apex, will be there.
Celebrity Ascent makes its Caribbean debut with rotating seven-night western and eastern routes to such ports as St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Grand Cayman and Labadee, Haiti.
Celebrity Beyond will sail 10- and 11-night itineraries to the Southern Caribbean, visiting islands including Grenada, Antigua and St. Maarten, along with the Panama Canal. Celebrity Apex's weeklong cruises chart ports including Puerto Plata (Dominican Republic), Labadee, Key West, Bimini, St. Kitts and Tortola.
Australia/New Zealand
Celebrity Edge returns for a second season Down Under, embarking on a selection of three- to 14-night itineraries October 2024 and through April 2025.
Galápagos and South America
Celebrity Flora, Celebrity Xpedition and Celebrity Xploration will continue to offer six- or seven-night Galápagos adventures.
Celebrity Equinox will embark on its inaugural season in South America, including a 14-night itinerary exploring Patagonia, Argentina, Antarctica and Uruguay.
Canada/New England, Greenland/Iceland, Bermuda
Celebrity Eclipse will make its Northeast debut, sailing to Canada and New England, Greenland and Iceland, and offering seven-night Bermuda itineraries from Cape Liberty Bayonne, New Jersey.
