D’Aoust, who will be making her first trip to Australia since taking up the top job, will review the global state of the industry.

 

She is the headline act in a programme packed with local and international speakers. 

 

Miami-based Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings evp of international business development, Harry Sommer, will join panellists Sarina Bratton (Ponant), Adam Armstrong (Royal Caribbean International), Sture Myrmell (P&O Cruises Australia) and Debra Fox (APT).

 

In line with the conference theme, Navigating the Future, Sydney-based social researcher Michael McQueen, best-selling author of ‘Battle for Relevance,’ will discuss how cruise-focused agents can ensure future success by making the most of opportunities brought about by rapid change.

 

Australian financial analyst and journalist Ross Greenwood will be master of ceremonies. 

 

CLIA Australasia commercial director Brett Jardine said delegates will have the opportunity to meet the cruise line representatives at a trade show that will run throughout the day. 

 

‘Cruise360 will be the perfect forum to educate and inspire agents as we head into another record summer season,’ Jardine said.

 

CLIA members can purchase early booking tickets for A$250, including GST, until July 31.
