CLIA taps Meeting Professionals pro to lead membership/operations

Cruise Lines International Association hired Cindy D’Aoust as evp membership and operations, responsible for managing and expanding the functions that have been based in Fort Lauderdale but will be moving into one CLIA consolidated office in Washington, DC.

D’Aoust served as chief operations officer for Meeting Professionals International and brings more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and in membership organizations, including senior roles with Maritz Travel. 

D’Aoust will also oversee the consolidation of CLIA’s US offices and take responsibility for filling the vp trade relations position most recently held by Dwain Wall.
