CMV announces Amy Johnson's maiden voyage
Cruise & Maritime Voyages announced the maiden voyage of its latest ship Amy Johnson.
Following delivery and a refurbishment programme Amy Johnson, currently Pacific Dawn, sails from Singapore April 15, 2021 on a 43-night cruise through Asia, the Middle East, transiting the Suez Canal, before visiting ports in Europe on the way to London Tilbury.

The ship will be adult only.
CMV’s Sales Director, Lisa Jacobs said, ‘Amy Johnson will be the flagship of the CMV fleet. A real step up for us whilst still maintaining our key brand values of a more traditional style of cruising and maritime experience.’
Singapore back to Europe
Inaugural guests will fly from London overnight to join the ship in Singapore. The maiden voyage includes ports in Malaysia, then to India, visiting Egypt and a chance to see Luxor and Jordan. From the Suez Canal there is the opportunity to explore Cairo followed by ancient sites in Greece and Italy.
The South of France, southern Spain plus Portugal’s Lisbon and Oporto are towards the end of the journey with La Coruña and Amsterdam the final calls on the way to Tilbury.
Amy Johnson’s inaugural season also includes a 32-night sailing from Tilbury to the Black Sea and Mediterranean departing October 9, 2021 with calls in Odessa, Constanta, Bulgaria, Istanbul and Athens. Then onto Israel and Egypt followed by Malta, Sicily, Gibraltar and Vigo on the voyage back to the UK.
