Costa Smeralda sticks to Italy
Costa Smeralda will stick to an all-Italy itinerary until the end of February. This replaces an Italy, France and Spain program that would have started Nov. 14.
Costa Smeralda's weeklong Italy cruises visit Savona, La Spezia, Cagliari, Messina, Naples and Civitavecchia (Rome).
Costa Deliziosa drops Montenegro, Croatia and world cruise
Costa Deliziosa will continue its weekly Italy/Greece route until Jan. 3 but will call at Trieste, Katakolon, Piraeus, Heraklion and Bari, instead of Montenegro and Croatia.
The ship's 2021 world cruise is also canceled, with the possibility for passengers to book the 2022 edition.
Costa Diadema postpones longer Med sailings
The start of Costa Diadema's long cruises in the Mediterranean is postponed to April 6. These are 14-day cruises to Turkey and 14-day cruises to Egypt and Greece.
Costa Firenze sailings delayed
Newbuild Costa Firenze, currently in the final stages of completion at Fincantieri's Marghera shipyard, will be delivered as planned in mid-December but the start of seven-day cruises to Italy, France and Spain is postponed until Feb. 28.
Costa Favolosa's Caribbean canceled
Costa Favolosa's Caribbean program is canceled and the ship will return to operate mini-cruises in the Mediterranean, starting April 2.
Costa is informing impacted travelers, who will be protected according to the applicable legislation.
