Cruise Down Under rebrands after more than 20 years
Cruise Down Under, whose founding chairman Mike Bartlett exhibited for the first time at the Seatrade Cruise Convention in Miami in 1994, has changed its name to Australian Cruise Association.
Announcing the rebrand today, ceo Jill Abel said the new name was chosen to highlight the organisation’s role as the co-operative marketing brand for Australia, allowing it to better represent the Australia Pacific region at international business events such as Seatrade Cruise Global.
‘Australian cruising continues to be a huge growth industry and we feel a new name for our organisation better reflects our role and positions us perfectly for the future,’ Abel said.
Along with the name change is a new Australian Cruise Association logo.
