Dustin Jones returns from parent company World Travel Holdings to become VP of engagement. He is responsible for the overall support provided to Dream Vacations and CruiseOne franchisees, as well as independent vacation specialists with Cruises Inc.

This includes all agent-facing events, training programs and support services. Jones also will oversee the engagement strategy aimed at continuing growth and satisfaction of the network.

Agents 'in business for themselves, but not by themselves'

'I am passionate about developing the best travel agents and helping them take their business to the next level by building upon our connections and how we engage with our network through support, training and networking opportunities,' Jones said. 'It is important for our agents to know they are in business for themselves, but not by themselves.'

Air Force veteran Jones began his career at Dream Vacations/CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. in 2011 as a training specialist and worked his way up to director of training & support services. In 2015, he transferred to World Travel Holdings’ direct-to-consumer division and led his team in training new agents while providing ongoing development opportunities.

'I am extremely excited to work with Dustin again and I look forward to collaborating with him on enhancing the already amazing support initiatives our team provides our network of agents,' said Drew Daly, general manager of network engagement and performance for Dream Vacations/CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. 'His engaging and charismatic personality, combined with his training expertise will prove to be invaluable in his new role.'
