During the transition, Mark Conroy, former president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises and currently a consultant and strategic adviser to CLIA, will expand his time with the association, taking on the leadership role with travel agency members.
Natasha Schooling, a former Bain consultant and lead strategist for CLIA's new travel agent membership program, will continue her work on the program and is also supporting the redesign of CLIA training and certification programs in 2015. To this end, Carol Davis, an experienced instructional designer, joined the organization to lead the redesign of training and certification programs.
CLIA president and ceo Christine Duffy thanked Wall for his work over the past year. 'His leadership on the development of CLIA’s new value proposition for travel agent members and successfully transitioning the program to better serve this vital segment of our membership is greatly appreciated,' she said.
Duffy added that she looks forward to working with Wall in his new travel industry role.
In October, under Wall’s leadership, CLIA launched a redesign of the travel agent and travel agency membership program.
'I look forward to continuing to further my relationships with CLIA’s agent and cruise line partners in my new position,' Wall said.
