The first segment in the biweekly series features Food Network personality Guy Fieri on 'How to Make a Texas-Style Burger.' This is one of the choices awaiting passengers at Guy's Burger Joint aboard the Galveston-based Carnival Triumph, as well as Carnival Freedom, once that ship repositions to Galveston in February.

Upcoming 'How To' videos will show how to master a myriad of shipboard specialties, including recipes from the BlueIguana Cantina, cocktails from the vintage-themed cocktail 'pharmacy' Alchemy Bar and towel-animal folding.

Carnival's chief marketing officer, Jim Berra, said the videos are an addition to the line's YouTube selections, which have received more than 16m views.

Apart from Carnival's YouTube channel, the 'How To' videos will be available on the line’s Facebook page and Twitter profile.
