The departure ports are Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Boston, Civitavecchia (Rome), Trieste, Dover, Lisbon, Piraeus, Reykjavik and Fort Lauderdale.

Mediterranean

Oosterdam will sail seven- to-14-day Mediterranean itineraries departing from five homeports: Lisbon, Piraeus, Barcelona, Civitavecchia and Trieste. Cruises may be combined into 28 'Collectors' Voyages' spanning from 14 to 27 days; voyages up to 21 days have no repeat ports.

'We've included some of our most requested calls, including Sicily and Portofino, two of 11 ports of call in Italy. And, for the first time in over 15 years, we're returning to St. Tropez, France,' said Paul Grigsby, VP revenue planning and deployment.

Two Pinnacle-class ships in Northern Europe

The Pinnacle-class Nieuw Statendam and Rotterdam will return to homeport in Rotterdam. And Nieuw Statendam will return to Dover, offering UK roundtrips on select sailings.

The 2026 offerings include more seven-day cruises to Norway's fjords and seven-day open-jaw sailings between Reykjavik and Rotterdam.

Also available are a series of 14-day 'Baltic and Scandinavian Capitals' cruises, many with overnights or late-night calls at Oslo, as well as ports in Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Denmark.

New ports and late or overnight stays

Additionally, this season in Northern Europe Holland America will introduce four new ports: Aberdeen, Scotland; Kalundborg, Denmark; and Odda, Norway aboard Rotterdam, and Portsmouth, England aboard Nieuw Statendam.

There will be overnight stays in 12 ports and late-evening departures from 19 cities.

Eclipse cruises

Holland America will also operate six celestial cruises, including three eclipse cruises, two northern lights cruises and one summer solstice Arctic Circle crossing.

The eclipse cruises are the 35-day 'Voyage of the Vikings' on July 18, 2026 aboard Zuiderdam, roundtrip Boston; the 28-day 'Scandinavian Solar Eclipse with Greenland and Scotland,' July 25, on Nieuw Statendam, roundtrip from Dover or Rotterdam; and the 13-day 'Mediterranean Solar Eclipse with Barcelona Overnight,' Aug. 9 on Oosterdam from Lisbon to Piraeus.
