Longer Singapore cruises return in 2023-24 for Royal CaribbeanLonger Singapore cruises return in 2023-24 for Royal Caribbean
Royal Caribbean International's Spectrum of the Seas holidays from Singapore continue year-round for 2023-24 and include longer cruises.
August 24, 2022
A mix of new five- to 12-night sailings include visits to Hong Kong, Japan, the Philippines, Taiwan and Vietnam, joining short getaways to Malaysia and Thailand.
Second year-round deployment
Until now, Spectrum of the Seas had been scheduled from Singapore through April 2023, so this makes a second year-round deployment there.
The ship had previously sailed from Hong Kong and a recent report said Royal Caribbean was seeking to resume Hong Kong service so today's news indicates that would not be with Spectrum near-term.
Varied new sailings
Singapore's new five-, seven-, nine- and 12-night voyages visit destinations like Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City and Manila, while three- and four-night getaways, first introduced in July, complete the line's next year-round season. Penang and Phuket remain in the charts.
'During Royal Caribbean’s first year-round season in Singapore, we’ve continued to see travellers return for more. Being able to visit international shores again has only increased that demand,' said Angie Stephen, VP and managing director, Asia-Pacific, Royal Caribbean International.
12-night cruises
Two 12-night sailings mean passengers can visit as many as seven destinations across three countries. These can be combined to visit a new destination almost every day for the entire 24-night trip. Included are 10 destinations unique to this experience, such as Hong Kong, Tokyo, Osaka, Shimizu (for Mount Fuji), Nha Trang and Hue/Danang.
The 2023-24 cruises are open to book.
