Mein Schiff 3 inaugurates La Gomera’s extended berth

TUI Cruises’ Mein Schiff 3 called at the port of San Sebastián in La Gomera Friday to mark the official opening of the Canary Island’s newest cruise facility.

For the coming winter season, the port has extended its 302mtr long cruise berth to offer a 340mtr berthing line.

As a result of the lengthening works La Gomera expects to see a 43% jump in cruise passengers with more and larger ships visiting the island including calls by P&O, Thomson and AIDA, in addition to TUI.
