The deals are part of Miami Cruise Month, which runs through January and is sponsored by MasterCard’s Priceless Miami program.

Participating cruise lines are showcased on a dedicated website, www.MiamiCruiseMonth.com, with special offers and incentives for travelers.

Participating lines with ships operating at PortMiami include Azamara Club Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, MSC Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Royal Caribbean International.

More passengers arriving and departing from PortMiami are spending more time during pre-and-post cruise stays, according to William D. Talbert III, president and ceo of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau.

On Jan. 13 the bureau will sponsor a #CruiseChat from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET on Twitter to discuss all things related to Miami cruises. Twitter users can join @MiamiandBeaches and participate in a real-time discussion about cruising, local tours and activities, dining and accommodation options, neighborhoods and attractions to experience in Miami before and after their cruise.

One participant will receive a $50 gift card.

Also hosted on @MiamiandBeaches is the Miami Cruise Month tweet-away promotion. Participants will have the opportunity to retweet a message for the chance to win a Miami cruise prize pack including a $50 gift card.

An updated Miami Cruise Month Pinterest board on Miami and Beaches’ Pinterest page, Pinterest.com/miamiandbeaches, will provide inspirations and options for planning a cruise from PortMiami.
