The ship arrived today at its new home, the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal.

Five US-based ships by year-end

This expands MSC Cruises' regular deployment beyond PortMiami and Port Canaveral and builds up to five US-based ships by the end of 2023: Seascape, Divina and Magnifica from Miami, Seashore from Canaveral and Meraviglia from New York.

The stateside growth continues in early 2025 when MSC World America is due to begin sailing from MSC Cruises' new PortMiami terminal, as announced during Seatrade Cruise Global.

MSC Meraviglia's varied itineraries

MSC Meraviglia's varied itineraries of six to 11 nights will change with the seasons, offering Caribbean sun during the spring and winter, Bermuda in late summer and Canada/New England in the autumn.

Included are seven- to 11-night Bahamas and Florida sailings with destinations such as Miami, Port Canaveral, Nassau and Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve in the Bahamas, and Cozumel and Costa Maya, Mexico.

Five- and six-night Bermuda cruises start in August and give multiple days at Kings Wharf in the Royal Naval Dockyard.

Fall foliage sailings of 10 and 11 nights visit Newport, Rhode Island; Boston, Portland, Maine; Saint John, New Brunswick; Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; Halifax and Sydney, Nova Scotia.

New York hotel packages

'Stay & Cruise' packages give the option to add up to three nights in New York before setting sail. Hotel choices include Hotel Riu Plaza Manhattan, Hotel Riu Plaza Times Square and Park Central Hotel.
