The retainer covers Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, but is more heavily weighted toward Oceania and Regent, according to their senior director of public relations, Jason Lasecki.
As well, Ketchum is assisting Norwegian with the launch of Norwegian Escape.
The agency got the work following an account review.
Lou Hammond & Associates previously had the Oceania and Regent business.
