Claimed to be the world’s largest and tallest observation wheel – it is expected to open in Dubai in time for Expo 2020, starting on October 20, next year.

Located at Bluewaters, a family-oriented island destination by Meraas, Ain Dubai will offer 360-degree views of the emirate’s skyline.

Over 250mtr in height

At over 250mtr in height, Ain Dubai will eclipse the 167mtr High Roller in Las Vegas and the 190mtr New York Wheel planned for Staten Island.

The final structure will comprise some 9,000 tonnes of steel and feature 48 high-tech passenger cabins designed to accommodate 40 passengers each.

A number of the cabins will be customized with special features.
