Regent Seven Seas Cruises returned to service in the US and Caribbean with Seven Seas Explorer’s call at PortMiami Monday.

Passengers embarked for an eight-night journey through Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Honduras and Costa Rica that will end at Colón, Panama.

Having spent a month sailing the Mediterranean, Seven Seas Explorer, helmed by Capt. Rosario Vasta, will now ply the Caribbean until March before returning to Europe.

Regent's next ship to resume sailing will be Seven Seas Mariner on Dec. 18, followed by Seven Seas Navigator on Jan. 6, both from Miami. Finally, Seven Seas Voyager is scheduled to return Feb. 15 from Barcelona.
