Oceania Cruises adds summer sailings in French Polynesia/Hawaii

Oceania Cruises' Regatta will operate seven new summer sailings to French Polynesia and Hawaii in 2025.

Embarking in Tahiti or Honolulu, the new voyages range from 10 to 18 days.

They take place during what Oceania called the ideal months of August, September and October when there's abundant sunshine along with pleasant, balmy temperatures and lower humidity.

Air connections

Papeete is accessible by air from New York, Los Angeles, Paris, London and Sydney with eight-hour nonstop flights from Los Angeles and five-hour nonstop flights from Auckland. Honolulu is a six-hour direct flight from Los Angeles and an 8.5-hour direct flight from Auckland.

Among the new cruises is 'Polynesian Dreams,' 15 days between Honolulu and Papeete, visiting Nawiliwili, Lahaina, Kailua-Kona, Hilo, Nuku Hiva, Rangiroa, Raiatea and Bora Bora. Departures are Aug. 1 and Sept. 15, 2025.

'Tahitian Legends' is a 10-day cruise round-trip Papeete calling Moorea, Fakarava, Nuku Hiva, Rangiroa, Bora Bora and Raiatea. Departures are Aug. 16 and 26, and Sept. 5, 2025.

The 15-day 'Divine Pacific Oases,' from Honolulu to Papeete, visits Nawiliwili, Kahului, Kailua-Kona, Hilo, Nuku Hiva, Rangiroa, Raiatea, Bora Bora and Papeete. Regatta sails Sept. 30, 2025. 

Papeete to Los Angeles

And 'Song of Polynesia,' 18 days from Papeete to Los Angeles, calls Moorea, Rangiroa, Nuku Hiva, Hilo, Lahaina, Honolulu and Nawiliwili. Departure is Oct. 15, 2025.
