Four Marina voyages in January and February are impacted
Oceania Cruises canceled Marina's South America sailings in January and February, citing regional entry restrictions and port closures.

The impacted voyages are Jan. 8, Jan. 28, Feb. 14 and Feb. 26.

Complications in Argentina, Brazil, Chile

In a letter to passengers, the line pointed to 'onerous and prohibitive restrictions for entry into Argentina by sea, combined with ever-increasing travel challenges in the surrounding region and extended port closures in Brazil.'

It continued: 'Complying with the evolving testing, health and entry requirements for Argentina and Chile has presented a significant challenge and at this juncture, with the introduction of new and prohibitive entry restrictions, we can no longer be assured of clear passage for our guests and crew.'

Travelers will automatically receive a full refund of the cruise fare paid back to the form of original payment and for those who made independent air arrangements, the line will reimburse up to $300 per person for airline change fees or fare differentials.
