The 64,500gt ship, which is on a six-night round cruise from Melbourne, made the company’s first call at Port Lincoln last Sunday and the company’s first call at Kangaroo Island today.

Tomorrow Pacific Pearl makes the company’s first call at Robe, a fishing port on the south east Limestone Coast of South Australia.

In Adelaide there were tours to the renowned vineyards in the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale and in Port Lincoln passengers had
the opportunity to swim with tuna and sea lions or to get close and personal with great white sharks in a cage dive.

Highlight of Kangaroo Island is a visit to the Seal Bay Conservation Park and tomorrow in Robe there are tours to the Coonawarra wine region.

Snr vp Tammy Marshall said Pacific Pearl’s visit to South Australia is a taste of things to come.

Marshall said the company will operate its first round cruises from Adelaide next year and will return again in 2016.
