Pearl Seas Cruises' biggest Great Lakes season is about to open with four different itineraries including a new 14-night voyage between Duluth, Minnesota and Toronto.

The new 'Great Lakes Explorer' takes in all five Great Lakes.

Pearl Mist's 2024 season begins May 24 and operates through late September. It includes the 11-night 'Great Lakes & Georgian Bay' itinerary and the seven-night 'Great Lakes' itinerary, both sailing between Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Toronto. The 15-night 'St. Lawrence Seaway & Great Lakes' cruise sails between Milwaukee and Québec City.

16 ports of call

The 2024 program includes 16 ports of call and bucket-list destinations like Mackinac Island and Niagara Falls. Among the experiences are a scenic tour of Muskegon, Michigan, known as the 'Riviera of the Midwest' and a stroll through Holland, Michigan, home to the only authentic working Dutch windmill in America. In Detroit, travelers can visit The Henry Fort Museum and The Motown Museum, while Cleveland offers the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Mackinac Island is a step back in time with travel by horse-drawn carriage, and lunch is available on the terrace of The Grand Hotel. In Parry Sound, Ontario, travelers can get a bird's-eye view of the South Channel and Killbear Provincial Park on a seaplane ride, and discover the world’s largest freshwater archipelago, cruising the 30,000 Islands. Georgian Bay, Ontario offers kayaking on serene waters while spotting wildlife, and Montréal has both modern and old-world architecture.
