Princess Cruises extends 2025/26 Japan season
Princess Cruises added more Japan sailings to its 2025/26 season on the heels of record-breaking travel to Japan by US visitors in 2023, and another strong season under way this year.

Japan-built Diamond Princess returns to showcase the region’s fall foliage, Mount Fuji, Kyoto and other highlights. The ship sails from Yokohama.
After that, Diamond Princess continues to Singapore for Southeast Asia cruises.
11 new Japan voyages
The fall 2025 Japan season offers 11 new voyages ranging from nine days to 22 days, visiting 25 domestic destinations plus calls in Korea and Taiwan.
Among the choices are a 13-day 'Circle Japan Fall Foliage' sailing; a nine-day 'Circle Japan' voyage with stops at Nagasaki, Akita and Sakaiminato; and a nine-day 'Southern Islands' itinerary including Okinawa and Ishigaki. A 10-day 'Kyushu & Korea' cruise includes visits to Hiroshima, Osaka (for Kyoto) and Shimizu (for Mount Fuji).
Itineraries may be combined for a cruise of up to 40 days.
Southeast Asia sailings
Following the extended Japan season, Diamond Princess will sail to Singapore on a 12-day 'Southeast Asia & Japan' cruise calling at Keelung (for Taipei) and Hong Kong to kick off three roundtrip Singapore voyages.
These include a 14-day 'Malaysia, Thailand & Vietnam' cruise with calls at such ports as Phuket, Port Klang (for Kuala Lumpur) and Phu My (for Ho Chi Minh City) and a 16-day 'Malaysia, Thailand & Vietnam' departure featuring Halong Bay, UNESCO World Heritage Site and a gateway to Hanoi. The season closes with a 14-day 'Southeast Asia & Japan' cruise from Singapore back to Yokohama with late-night stays at Hong Kong and Shimizu.
