Following two cruises canceled for repairs to a technical issue, Port of Galveston-based Regal Princess is expected to resume service Nov. 10.

Princess Cruises on Saturday said repairs are progressing as planned.

Future cruise credit raised to 50%

In addition to a refund, passengers on the canceled Nov. 3 and Oct. 27 voyages will receive a future cruise credit, raised from 25% to 50% of their fare. This enhanced FCC will automatically be applied to accounts and can be used for bookings made by May 31, 2025, for sailings by May 31, 2026.

Passengers who booked the Princess Plus or Premier package for either canceled cruise during the Captain’s Circle loyalty accelerator promotion will still receive double the cruise credits, with full suite guests receiving four times the loyalty points.
