Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises extended the suspension of sailings from Australia and New Zealand through to December 31.

Alternative arrangements

A spokeswoman for the Royal Caribbean Group said it has made this decision to allow passengers booked on Christmas and New Year sailings to make alternative holiday arrangements.

‘We are sorry for any inconvenience these cancellations may cause,’ the spokeswoman said. 

Top priority

‘The health and safety of our guests, crew and communities we visit is our top priority and we are working closely with local health and government authorities towards this shared goal.’
