Scanship has been awarded a retrofit contract by Grand Circle Corp. to deliver and install an advanced wastewater purification system on the 1990-built Corinthian.

The ship is operated by Grand Circle Cruise Line.

The Scanship system will purify all gray and black water according to IMO Marpol MEPC 227(64) including chapter 4.2 for special area where also nitrogen and phosphorus will be removed.

The retrofit will take place at Naval Roche shipyard in Lisbon during the fall.
