Here's a quick read of some of today’s coronavirus-recovery cruise news. This is being updated throughout the day.
CroisiEurope restarts Andalusia/Algarve cruises
CroisiEurope is restarting operations in Spain's Andalusia and Portugal's Algarve this month after a year and a half of inactivity there due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
La Belle de Cadix will operate the 'Charms of Andalusia and Algarve' itinerary, navigating the Guadalquivir and Guadiana. The eight-day cruise sails round-trip Seville and visits Córdoba, Granada, Cádiz, Alcoutim, Vila Real, Puerto de Santa María and Minimum Island.
La Belle de Cadix will also operate two five-day cruises from Seville to Cádiz and Puerto de Santa María early December and six-day Christmas and New Year's Eve cruises from Seville to Cádiz, Puerto de Santa María, Jerez and Córdoba.
The 176-passenger La Belle de Cadix can navigate both on the river and the sea, and part of the journey from Seville to Cádiz operates on the Mediterranean Sea.

Disney Magic starts short cruises from London Tilbury
Disney Magic arrived at Tilbury port’s London International Cruise Terminal today to welcome passengers aboard for its two- and three-night ‘Disney Magic at Sea’ UK sailings.
The vessel will call at Tilbury on selected dates through to October 1.
‘It is very exciting to welcome Disney Magic to the London International Cruise Terminal … We look forward to welcoming the vessel back for a number of calls over the next month,’ said Steve Lyons, head of cruise, Capital Cruising, which operates the port.
On these sailings, Disney Cruise Line requires all passengers 18 and older to be fully vaccinated. COVID-19 testing, health screenings, face coverings, reduced guest capacity, physical distancing and enhanced cleaning are among the line’s other safety measures.
