As part of Carnival Cruise Line’s 50th birthday festivities and its Sailabrations cruises, seven Fun Ships met near Cozumel Monday.

Carnival Breeze, Carnival Ecstasy, Carnival Glory, Mardi Gras, Carnival Pride, Carnival Sunrise and Carnival Vista met for one of the biggest birthday parties at sea.

Ship-Tok

During the meetup, each cruise ship hosted a party on the Lido Deck where passengers joined the cruise director, Playlist Productions cast and DJ for music and entertainment. Cruisers also participated in the biggest Ship-Tok at sea, a choreographed dance inspired by Carnival’s 50th birthday.

The Ship-Tok will be posted on tiktok.com/@carnival Thursday.

Two more meetups this week

The line’s 17 themed birthday 'Sailabrations' run through March 10 and feature multiple meetups at sea. On March 5, Carnival Miracle and Carnival Radiance met outside Ensenada, Mexico.

The remaining meetups include Carnival Conquest, Carnival Freedom, Carnival Legend, Carnival Liberty, Carnival Spirit and Carnival Sunshine on March 9 in the Bahamas between Eleuthera and Nassau, and Carnival Miracle and Carnival Panorama March 11 outside Ensenada.
