SpecTec Cruise’s AMOS is a leading asset management technology provider for the cruise industry, while Xpedite specialises in working with organisations to implement cost effective through-life management solutions for their assets.

The collaboration brings together both organisations’ core capabilities to deliver the optimal asset management strategy for cruise operators, from ship newbuild through to decommissioning.

Services

The partnership will allow operators to make data driven maintenance decisions, and optimise asset management systems, processes and data, as well as spares management. It will also drive sustainable asset management and deliver continual improvement and through life support, SpecTec Cruise and Xpedite revealed.

Strong relationship

‘After years of working closely with Xpedite, I am thrilled we have now formalised our partnership and the cruise industry will be able to benefit from such a unique and valuable joint offering,’ said Malcolm Youngson, SpecTec Cruise’s GM.

‘It is great to partner with a company that has a set of shared values and customer focus. Leveraging Xpedite’s deep marine technical knowledge can only improve the value AMOS delivers to our customers.’

Dean Moss, CEO, Xpedite Group of Companies, added, ‘Xpedite are extremely excited about partnering with SpecTec Cruise… The offering of pragmatic engineering excellence, software expertise and a respectful support ethos will add enormous value to the cruise industry. Intelligent asset management will bring assurance, operational optimisation, and sustainability.’
