The 2022 and 2023 seasons offer some changes to sailing itineraries. Star Clipper, which has been sailing in Southeast Asia, will join her sisters in the Mediterranean this month, marking the first time in five years that all three ships will sail together in this part of the world.

Three ships in the Med

All three ships will offer extended 12- to 19-night sailings, with a 12-night Cannes to Lisbon itinerary on Royal Clipper spanning the Western Mediterranean and visiting two continents, with calls in France, Italy, Spain, Morocco and Portugal.

And, returning again, Royal Clipper will offer the popular Monte Carlo Grand Prix (in May) and St. Tropez Regatta sailings (in the fall) from 2022.

Return to Costa Rica

For the first time in eight years, Star Clippers will be calling at ports in Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama starting this November.

Seven-day sailings round-trip Puntarenas call at Costa Rican towns as well as ports in Panama or Nicaragua, depending on the itinerary.

The Caribbean also highlights special itineraries as Royal Clipper calls in Martinique during Mardi Gras festivities, and Star Flyer will call at St. Bart during its Bucket Regatta.

Atlantic crossings

In April 2022 and 2023, Royal Clipper will make a 16-night eastbound Atlantic crossing between Bridgetown, Barbados and Lisbon with an extended 28-day option finishing at Civitavecchia (Rome).

Also operating an eastbound crossing is Star Clipper, departing April 2023 from St. John’s, Antigua for a 20-night sailing to Málaga, Spain.

Westbound sailings include a 24-night Málaga to St. Maarten voyage, a 28-night journey between Cannes, France and Barbados and a 15-night sailing from the Canary Islands to St. Maarten.
