Tony Kaufman and Natalya Leahy promoted in Holland America Group
Tony Kaufman was promoted to executive vice president, professional services, general counsel and chief ethics and compliance officer for the Holland America Group.

And Natalya Leahy moved up to CFO for the group’s cruise brands and all land operations,
The group encompasses Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn and Carnival Australia.
Both report to Stein Kruse
As a member of the senior executive team, Kaufman continues to report to Stein Kruse, CEO of Princess, Holland America, Seabourn and Carnival Australia.
Kaufman previously served as EVP professional services, and as CFO of these four cruise brands. Earlier roles included EVP international operations for Princess, leading the line’s expansion into Asia as well as managing the Australia, United Kingdom and Europe business operations.
Leahy previously held the role of SVP and CFO for Holland America and Seabourn. As a member of the senior executive team, she also reports to Kruse.
Leahy is responsible for providing holistic financial leadership and support for the business, including portfolio strategy, strategic planning and analysis, reporting, accounting and tax strategy, financial stewardship and department oversight.
