Virgin Voyages’ Resilient Lady arrived at the Port of Piraeus where its maiden voyage will depart May 14.

Virgin's third ship had been delivered by Fincantieri's Sestri Ponente in early December but the line delayed its entry into service.
'I’m thrilled this day is finally here and that Resilient Lady has officially joined our award-winning fleet,' Virgin Voyages CEO Tom McAlpin said. He added the line has a 'high rate of return with up to 40% of our sailors rebooking their next cruise while they’re still on board with us.'
Resilient Lady will be sailing round-trip Athens (Piraeus) on two different seven-night itineraries. 'Greek Island Glow' visits Santorini, Rhodes, Bodrum (Turkey) and Mykonos (overnight), while 'Adriatic Sea & Greek Gems' stops at Split and Dubrovnik (late-night stay), Croatia; Kotor, Montenegro; and Corfu, Greece.
New shows
Resilient Lady will debut new entertainment, including five new shows, two new soirées in The Manor, shipboard parties, more live music acts and a festival stage of rotating performances.
Virgin Voyages is also unveiling new and food and beverage offerings. Razzle Dazzle After Dark is a menu curated in partnership with Chef Eric Haugen.
Opa Hour
And to celebrate Resilient Lady’s launch, the brand is introducing 'Opa Hour,' an ode to the Greek culinary tradition. Held in the Dock and Dock House on all three ships, Opa Hour will feature a Greek-inspired food and beverage menu in addition to the usual offerings.
Next up: Down Under
After its inaugural season in Greece, Resilient Lady will reposition to Melbourne, Victoria, and sail in Australia and New Zealand from Dec. 11 to March 27.
