Valentine's Day kickoff
'Shipload of Love' is kicking on Valentine's Day off with an open call to nominate a person who has provided inspiration, care and help navigating this past year
The launch coincides with a day that celebrates love but also coincides with the one-year anniversary of Scarlet Lady's delivery.
As the first foray into a year-long, multilayered giveaway effort, Virgin Voyages will open the first 1,000 nominations this Sunday, Feb. 14.
Entrants will be asked to submit a short video, sharing their personal nomination, demonstrating why their nominee should sail on the Shipload of Love. Submissions will be accepted through March 16. In addition to submitting a video on the Virgin Voyages website, participants are encouraged to share the love across their social channels, including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook for additional cabin giveaways over the next few weeks.
Nominations will be taken at http://shiploadoflove.com/.
Scarlet Lady is planned to enter service later this year on Caribbean voyages, all with stops at The Beach Club at Bimini.
