World Dream's sailings will resume from early next month
Dream Cruises’ World Dream has arrived in Singapore carrying 187 crew members as it prepares to resume operations from the Lion City starting November 6.

Health and hygiene

Crew completed a 14-day quarantine prior to the arrival and will undergo a further series of mandatory COVID-19 tests before sailing, as stipulated by local authorities. Further crew will also be required to test negative before signing on for active duty, which follows a pledge by Dream Cruises to fill vacancies on the ship with mostly Singaporians.

The short cruises to nowhere are restricted to Singapore residents.

In the Netherlands since February

Before making its way to Asia, the 150,695gt megaship of Genting Hong Kong-owned Dream Cruises was on hiatus in Rotterdam after being taken out of service in early February.

Royal Caribbean International’s Quantum of the Seas is also set to begin sailing from Singapore at the end of 2020.
