It follows the 110,000gt Resilient Lady, Valiant Lady and Scarlet Lady. Each stretches 278 meters/912 feet with a beam of 38 meters/125 feet, and has capacity for more than 2,770 passengers and 1,160 crew.

Two Lady Ships debuting in 2023

A Virgin Voyages spokesperson told Seatrade Cruise News Brilliant Lady's maiden voyage is on track for Dec. 24, 2023 from San Juan, Puerto Rico, while Resilient Lady — whose introduction was delayed from August 2022 — is scheduled for its maiden voyage on May 14, 2023 from Piraeus.

Environmental features

New technologies reduce the Virgin ships' overall environmental impact. For example, they are equipped with an energy production system of approximately 1 MW that uses the diesel engines' waste heat. Scrubbers reduce sulfur oxides and a catalytic converter cuts nitrogen oxide emissions.

Hydrodynamic hull design and the use of LED lighting are other energy-saving aspects.
