Meyer Werft held a keel-laying ceremony for 2025's Disney Destiny, whose design theme is 'heroes and villains.'

The 140,000gt ship is the sister of this year's Disney Treasure and 2022's Disney Wish.
The 'heroes and villains' theme wiil incorporate Disney stories, characters and theme park attractions. Aboard Disney Destiny, passengers will encounter characters from Walt Disney Animation Studios stories like 'The Lion King,' 'Hercules' and 'One Hundred and One Dalmatians' within the spaces, experiences and entertainment.

Disney Cruise Line unveiled new filigree artwork for Disney Destiny's bow, continuing a design tradition. The illustration depicts Minnie Mouse striking a valiant pose in a heroic ensemble, her cape waving in the sea breeze as she leads travelers on their holiday destinies.
'As we continue to expand our fleet, the Disney Destiny will further strengthen our position as a leader in family cruising as we offer even more ways for families to experience Disney magic and world-class service at sea,' said Sharon Siskie, SVP and general manager, Disney Cruise Line.
Plus, Disney Adventure and Lookout Cay
Besides Disney Treasure, coming later this year, Disney Adventure is scheduled to debut in Singapore in 2025. And before that, this summer, the new Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point in Eleuthera is expected to begin taking calls.
