New experiences to be revealed

'True to her name, this next ship will "Xcel" beyond her sister ships with entirely new experiences, yet to be revealed, but that will change the game all over again,' Hodges Bethge said.

Inaugural season from Port Everglades

Celebrity Xcel is set to debut in November 2025 in the Caribbean, sailing an inaugural winter season from Port Everglades. The seven-night cruises will alternate between the Bahamas, Mexico and Grand Cayman, and Puerto Plata, St. Thomas and St. Maarten. The sailings are open to book.

Celebrity Ascent debuting this month

Like her sister Celebrity Ascent, debuting later this month, Celebrity Xcel will offer the Magic Carpet, cantilevered above the sea for uninterrupted vistas while sipping cocktails or having dinner.

Further features include suites area The Retreat with its two-story sun deck, accommodations ranging from two-story villas with private plunge pools to staterooms with infinite verandas, an expanded Rooftop Garden and Resort Deck with cantilevered float pools, a multi-level, multi-terraced Sunset Bar aft and a Daniel Boulud fine-dining restaurant.
