During Viking's first earnings call since going public, CFO Leah Talactac said the company will execute contracts for that pair of options, adding to the six ships already on the books through 2028.

Two options for 2030 deliveries

This still leaves two options for 2030 delivery at Fincantieri, which Viking would need to execute by May 2025.

Viking's ocean orderbook includes this year's Viking Vela (the first of a new slightly larger series), 2025's Viking Vesta, one unnamed ship each in 2026 and 2027, and two in 2028.
