The vessel is now due to enter service May 14 on its inaugural Greek Isles voyage from Piraeus.
In June, Virgin Voyages had delayed Resilient Lady's planned debut from August 2022 to second quarter 2023. In August, the company announced a $550m capital infusion.
Two eight-night itineraries
From Piraeus, Resilient Lady will be deployed on two eight-night itineraries: 'Greek Island Glow' (Santorini, Rhodes, Bodrum, Mykonos) and 'Adriatic Sea and Greek Gems' (Split, Dubrovnik, Kotor, Corfu).
And then Down Under
After its inaugural Mediterranean season, on Oct. 22 Resilient Lady will depart Piraeus on a 44-night repositioning voyage to Sydney, Australia. This will show off the brand at new destinations in Egypt as well as Dubai, Bali, Mumbai, Phuket and Singapore.
Celebrations are planned for Resilient Lady's arrival in Sydney on Dec. 4, heralding Virgin Voyages' first Australia/New Zealand season.
