Disney Treasure will have at its heart a Grand Hall with a statue of Aladdin, Jasmine and their Magic Carpet
Disney Treasure will be the name of Disney Cruise Line's next ship, coming in 2024, and new destination Lighthouse Point will be largely solar-powered.

This was revealed over the weekend at the D23 Expo by Josh D'Amaro, chairman, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, who also announced Disney Cruise Line's first Australia/New Zealand voyages

Sister of Disney Wish

This sixth vessel, under construction at Meyer Werft, is the sister of this year's LNG-powered Disney Wish.

Grand Hall Magic Carpet

It will have at its heart a Grand Hall three-deck atrium 'inspired by the grandeur and mystery of a gilded palace, drawing on real-world influences from Asia and Africa and paying homage to the far-off land of Agrabah.'

At the Grand Hall's center, the signature statue will feature Aladdin, Jasmine and their Magic Carpet.

Solar energy focus at Lighthouse Point

D'Amaro also shared that Disney Cruise Line's new Lighthouse Point destination on Eleuthera in the Bahamas will be powered 90% by solar energy.
