Fincantieri's Ancona yard floated out Viking Saturn, the 10th ship in a 47,800gt, 930-passenger series for Viking.

Viking Chairman Torstein Hagen and Fincantieri CEO Pierroberto Folgiero were on hand. Shipyard employee Elena Del Mastro served as the godmother for the ceremony, with a bottle smashed on the hull.

April debut

Viking Saturn is scheduled to debut in April 2023, and spend its maiden season  in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe.

The ship follows this year's Viking Mars and, to come, Viking Neptune.
