Norwegian Viva's float-out closely follows the delivery of Norwegian Prima
Norwegian Viva, sister of the newly delivered Norwegian Prima, was floated out today at Fincantieri's Marghera shipyard.

This is the second newbuild in Norwegian Cruise Line's six-ship Prima class, with deliveries scheduled through 2027.

Lucky coin

To celebrate the occasion, a commemorative coin was welded into Norwegian Viva in a traditional maritime ceremony involving NCL President and CEO Harry Sommer and Antonio Quintano, Marghera shipyard's director.

Norwegian Viva measures 142,500gt with 3,215 lower berths, and is set for 2023 completion.
