Meyer Turku hosted a coin ceremony today as Carnival Celebration's construction progresses.

Carnival Celebration Capt. Vincenzo Alcaras, Chief Engineer Fabien Gervaise, Hotel Director Pierre Camilleri and members of Carnival’s newbuild team joined Meyer Turku representatives to weld a special box containing the coins to a permanent position near the mast. The coins had been temporarily placed under the ship’s keel at the start of construction.
